You will analyze our existing processes across HR, Sales, Customer Support, Content, and Production, and automate the heck out of everything that doesn't need a human touch.
You'll wield tools like N8N, GPT/LLM APIs, and agentic workflows to build a lean, mean, AI-powered ops machine.

What You'll Be Doing
Audit and map out all manual or inefficient workflows across the company
Build AI and automation systems to replace/assist in:
HR: resume filtering, candidate scoring, onboarding, etc.
Sales: outreach, lead tracking, appointment booking
Customer service: AI chat support, ticket triage, knowledge base creation
Production: AI-enhanced brief parsing, task creation, design assistant tools
Content: full AI content engine for blogs, emails, and social
Integrate systems across tools like Freshdesk, Slack, Notion, WordPress, Google Workspace, Stripe, etc.
Create SOPs and documentation so the team can use/maintain what you build
Stay on top of bleeding-edge AI/automation tech and bring new ideas to the table
What You Should Have
3+ years building automation systems with Zapier, Make, or N8N (preferred)
Hands-on experience working with OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek or similar LLMs via API
Deep understanding of prompt engineering, agents, vector databases, etc.
Proven experience creating internal tools that save people time
Systems thinking mindset: you see inputs, outputs, and leverage points
Good communication skills—especially when explaining what the heck your AI stack is doing
Bonus: experience with Python/Node.js, if you need to build custom integrations
