A Snapshot of Your Day
This role is
responsible for ensuring accurate and compliant payroll operations while
leading continuous improvement initiatives across HR Services processes.
On a
typical day, the professional partners with HR, managers, external vendors, and
employees to resolve complex payroll matters, monitor key operational metrics,
and ensure compliance with local labor regulations and company policies.
The
role also drives process standardization, digitalization, and automation
projects to improve efficiency and employee experience.
In addition, the
position provides leadership and guidance to payroll teams, supporting talent
development and operational excellence.
How You'll Make an Impact
Lead and
oversee end-to-end payroll and services operations, ensuring accuracy,
compliance, and timely delivery of payroll processes
Drive
continuous improvement, standardization, and digitalization initiatives to
enhance operational efficiency and employee experience
Monitor
payroll and services performance indicators, identify risks, and implement
corrective actions to strengthen service quality and governance
Partner with
HR, business leaders, and external providers to address complex employee
lifecycle and payroll-related matters
Support
internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with labor legislation,
corporate policies, and regulatory requirements
What You Bring
Bachelor's
Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related
field.
An MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is a plus
Experience
in Payroll, HR Operations, Personnel Administration, and Employee Lifecycle
processes within complex and multinational organizations
Proven
experience leading projects and employees on driving operational excellence,
governance, compliance, and process improvement initiatives
Strong
knowledge of payroll systems and HR technologies, including platforms such as
Workday, ADP, Senior, Microsoft 365, and automation tools
Effective
communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to
collaborate across functions and organizational levels
Advanced
analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset
