The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates.
The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

**About the Team**:
**The Continuous Improvement Team (under OP&E structure) provides Shopee Express with cost**

**optimal process improvements for our whole operations (First Mile, Sorting Centers & Last Mile Hubs), enabling business to scale with more productivity through short/mid term projects and lean initiatives.
**
- You must be passionate about discovering and solving problems;
- You must be willing to simplify and innovate processes, define standards, lead continuous improvement programs, design success metrics, and communicate information to a broad range of stakeholders and leaders;
- You will work closely with Operations teams to bring about prompt and complete resolution to complex challenges while evaluating root causes to eliminate waste and broken processes;
- Continually identify opportunities to simplify and streamline processes, enabling growth through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies;
- Implement a 'best-in-class' continuous improvement strategy, programs and processes that supports site launch improvements;
- Complete post-launch implementation reviews to evaluate future improvements for revised processes, develop lessons learned, training materials and further systems enhancements roadmap.
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree from Engineering, Business Administration or any correlated;
- Fluent English;
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification is a plus;
- Experience with Lean and/or Six Sigma tools and methodologies;
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects from identification to value quantification, in an environment that requires robust metrics to confirm success;
- Experience leading events such as Kaizen and GEMBA;
- Experience partnering with stakeholders and peers cross-functionally;
- Experience and proficiency in effective written and verbal communication, including presenting to a variety of audiences;
