About the opportunityWe are REDA — a Salesforce-native real estate ERP trusted by enterprise real estate developers and operators globally.
We have recently launched REDA AI, a horizontal agentic AI platform built natively on Salesforce, bringing autonomous AI agents to any Salesforce org across industries.We are now establishing our formal presence in Brazil and are looking for an exceptional leader to own this market — someone who can set up our business entity, build our enterprise pipeline, and position REDA as the go-to platform for Brazil's leading real estate operators.This is not a role for someone who needs a playbook handed to them.
You will write the playbook.
You will work directly with the founding team, with full ownership of the LATAM market and everything that comes with it.What you will ownEstablish and manage REDA's legal business entity in Brazil — working with local legal and tax advisors to set up the right structure for a foreign-owned SaaS company.Own the full commercial function for Brazil and LATAM — new logo acquisition, enterprise pipeline management, and closing deals across multifamily, commercial real estate, and property management.Build and manage relationships with Salesforce SIs, implementation partners, and AEs across LATAM to create a channel-driven pipeline alongside direct sales.Represent REDA at Brazilian PropTech, real estate, and Salesforce ecosystem events — building REDA's brand and credibility in the market.Provide structured market intelligence back to the founding team — pricing, positioning, competitive landscape, and product feedback from Brazilian operators.Recruit and build the LATAM team as revenue justifies headcount growth.What we are looking for8+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, PropTech, or real estate technology — with at least 3 years in a market-leading or country management role in Brazil.A deep, active network among enterprise real estate decision-makers in Brazil — developers, operators, asset managers, and REITs.Experience closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals with long sales cycles and high ACV.Fluent in both Portuguese and Spanish — able to build relationships and present at the executive level in both languages.Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable with ambiguity, motivated by ownership, and energised by building rather than managing.Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem in LATAM is a significant advantage.
