Length of Assignment : 12 months Contract
Location: Remote
Client: Oxford/Alcoa client
Open to Candidates In: United States and Brazil
Time Zone: Primarily EST; may also support BRT (±1 hour)
Language: English required; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
Role Overview
We are seeking aDocuSign CLM Consultantto support sales and procurement digital transformation initiatives.
This role will focus on new project implementations and enhancements, as well as ongoing support, troubleshooting, and resolution of ServiceNow support requests.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and maintainDocuSign CLM workflows, including fixes and new implementations
Provideglobal user support, responding to support cases and assisting end users
Performgovernance activities, including workflow failure analysis and access reviews
Collaborate with and provideknowledge sharingamong other CLM administrators
Required Qualifications
Strongtechnical and functional experience with DocuSign CLM
Excellentcommunication skillsand a collaborative mindset
Preferred / Nice to Have
Experience withDocuSign Insight (AI)
