Responsibilities:Strategic Growth: Develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with company growth goals.Channel Management: Optimize digital sales channels across 1P and 3P models.Performance Tracking: Manage sales targets, margins, ROI, and core e-commerce KPIs.Negotiation: Lead strategic partnerships and negotiations with marketplaces and key stakeholders.Commercial Planning: Coordinate promotional calendars, seasonal campaigns, and product launches.Data Intelligence: Analyze sell-in/sell-out, conversion funnels, and consumer behavior to drive actionable insights.Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing (Performance, CRM, Media) to maximize results.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.Experience: 5+ years in e-commerce or digital commercial roles.Advanced/Fluent English is mandatory (daily use).
Skills: Strong background in online sales channels, negotiation, and partner management.Profile: Analytical, results-driven, proactive, and strategic thinker.Nice to Have:Experience with DTC and B2B2C (Marketplaces, Banking/Loyalty programs).
Expertise in P&L management.Proficiency in Analytics, BI tools, and e-commerce platforms.Background in fast-paced, high-growth industries (Tech, CPG, or Marketplaces).
