**What challenges can you expect?
**:
- As the HR Specialist on site, you will implement HR strategies and initiatives in accordance with the guidelines from the German headquarter
- You will provide guidance to employees and managers on all HR related matters and will be responsible for the whole talent cycle steps (e.g.
appraisal talk, merit increase, talent management)
- You will closely collaborate with Headquarter HR and provide valuable input for HR related projects
- You will ensure all HR policies, regulations and practices are followed and interpreted to employees when needed
**What do we expect from you?
**:
- You have a relevant degree/professional HR qualification and therefore profound general HR skills
- Good communication skills, fluent in English language are of primary importance
- You will have written, verbal and presentation skills to be effective in this job and are an excellent communicator
- Your organization skills will be required to manage multiple priorities accurately, effectively, and efficiently
- Experience in a multinational environment is very desirable and a big advantage
