Description: We are seeking an experienced, autonomous, and passionate Influencer Marketing Analyst to work with us!This role involves developing and managing local KOL relationships, creating content strategies to engage gaming communities and analyzing data to optimize marketing strategies for gaming products.
It focuses on increasing brand visibility and user engagement through influencers and content creators.This position is based in São Paulo, Brazil.Main responsibilities:- Influencer Resource Development and Management: Develop, collect, and screen local Key Opinion Leader (KOL) resources on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok and YouTube.
Establish and maintain strong collaborative relationships with KOLs to promote the brand effectively.- Develop local Content Creator Strategy: Create an in-depth strategy to foster local creators from gaming communities, promoting their growth in partnership with the game and collaboration in an effective way with cross team activations with Marketing, Esports, PR, and similar.- Social Media Collaboration Strategy: Develop and execute social media collaboration strategy with KOLs and Content Creators, focusing on engaging content.
Ensure creativity and appeal in content to enhance user engagement and brand visibility.- Market Promotion Strategy Development and Execution: Participate in formulating and implementing marketing strategies for gaming products with focus on KOLs.
Plan and execute online and offline activities to increase the product's influence in the local market.- Tell us briefly about your relationship/experience with influencers in the gaming industry.Data Analysis and Feedback: Monitor and analyze data from social media and marketing activities to understand user behavior, macro and micro trends.
Adjust operational strategies promptly to optimize promotional effectiveness.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Communication or related;Experience in game operations or marketing with focus on Influencer Management, with familiarity in the local market and culture.Fluency in Portuguese and English; Mandarin is a plus.Familiarity in operating various social media platforms, in depth understanding of local trends, SNS algorithms and creator environment, including ability to create rundowns.Strong communication and coordination skills, capable of effectively driving cross-departmental collaboration, especially in community operations and market promotion.Proficient in data analysis, able to optimize content and promotional strategies based on feedback.Excellent organization skills, capable of creating and following roadmaps, managing several creators at once, across different projects.
