The Product Analyst understands the internal customers' needs and helps defining the vision of the IT Demand & Project Portfolio Squad to be developed.
He/she partners closely with the Product Owner, supports making the product vision a reality and maximize value for the organization.
The Product Analyst works alongside talented colleagues and stakeholders to define the IT Demand frameworks, implement effective solutions and tools to build an Impactful Project Portfolio that will enable business value creation.
Objectives of the role Required Business Strategy / Strategic Vision:
- Responsible to maintain the end-to-end PMO framework that supports both waterfall and Agile projects;
- Promote the continuous improvement of the Demand & Project Portfolio Product, using the SCRUM framework;
- Deploy common set of PMO practices and tools to ensure business value is generated;
- Ensure Project Management standards are followed for adequate management and control;
- Support the project intake process and ensure all IT & Data projects are being estimated and properly prioritized;
- Provide assistance or expertise to teams for methods, practices and templates for project and program management;
- Support the PMO process by helping to track and report on project financials, as well as track resource forecast vs. actuals;
- Identify needs to replan or rebase projects and product efforts with poor performance, and escalating progress issues;
- Contributes to the vision of the IT Demand & Project Portfolio product, its definition, and the associated value.
Makes recommendations to build and sustain the backlog, arbitrating among different needs and priorities;
- Understands the business needs, proactively conducts exploratory and confirmatory analysis to identify product opportunities and discover product insights;
- Actively engage stakeholders and act as the key liaison between the Office of the CIO and IT & Data teams;
- Defines, analyzes, and validates key metrics to inform decision-making and measure product success from a business and user perspective;
- Perform reporting analysis out of Service Now and the different Business Intelligence systems, to provide analytical support to the IT leadership team and prepare insightful presentations for the different stakeholders;
- Manage projects as required.

- Is curious about technology processes & products (Customer B2B, Ecommerce, Master data management, RGM, etc), IT Platforms and/or end users;
- Agile and Scrum Framework.

Contributes to business results by leading the delivery of products with high value for the organization, unlocking new capabilities and ensuring high quality IT delivery.
About you
- Bachelor's degree;
- 3 to 5+ years of business experience in a related field and preferably within the CPG industry;
- Knowledge and experience on Agile frameworks;
- Must possess expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools, financial management, resource management, and organizational change management techniques;
- Solid communication and presentation skills, strong analytical skills and close attention to detail required;
- Must have excellent leadership, interpersonal, and motivational skills and be a team player;
- Collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with internal teams in a cross-cultural and cross-functional environment;
- Demonstrated adaptability to change, customer focus, continuous learning, and problem solving required;
- Organized, focused and able to thrive in a dynamic environment;
- Fluent in understanding and speaking English.
Desirable:
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Power Bi, PowerPoint) with proven ability to produce top-quality work suitable for Executive level presentations.
Ability to think critically and craft analytics/visual charts quickly;
- Results driven with a continuous improvement mentality;
- Business sense and analytical abilities;
- Self-starter with the drive to succeed under limited direction;
- Project Management Professional (PMP) and SCRUM Certifications are preferred;
- Spanish is a plus.
