International Logistics & Fleet Coordinator – South & North America

EVOCONTAINERS is rapidly expanding across the Americas and is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and hands-on professional to coordinate international logistics operations and support commercial activities outside Brazil — while also managing our national leasing fleet.
?? Key Responsibilities:
Provide operational support to international sales representatives, tracking container movements, release orders;

Update our internal system with accurate unit status and location data;

Coordinate container repositioning between different global regions, optimizing logistics flows and costs;

Oversee the leasing fleet in Brazil, working closely with depots, technicians, and transport partners;

Schedule and monitor pick-ups and deliveries, ensuring fast and accurate execution;

Prepare and maintain operational reports (movements, performance, KPIs) on a regular basis;

Maintain constant communication with depots, shipping lines, terminals, carriers, and international partners.
? Requirements:
Solid experience in international logistics, supply chain, or multimodal transport;

Advanced English and intermediate to advanced Spanish (spoken and written);

Proactive, organized, and results-oriented profile, with strong problem-solving skills;

Hands-on experience with fleet management, movement tracking, and logistics planning;

Proficiency in Excel.
Availability to work remotely, with occasional meetings or short business trips.
