Quest Designer

Quest DesignerThis is a remote position and demands verbal English comunication.We are seeking a talented Quest Designer to join our team and help create engaging and immersive quest experiences using Unreal Engine 5.
The ideal candidate will primarily focus on scripting quest events, with a significant portion of their work involving level design.
This role requires proficiency in Blueprint scripting and a solid understanding of level design principles.What You'll Do: Design and implement quest events using Unreal Engine 5; Script quest events using Blueprint, ensuring they are engaging and functional; Collaborate with the level design team to integrate quests seamlessly into the game world; Create and maintain documentation for quest designs and implementations; Work closely with other designers, artists, and programmers to ensure quests meet gameplay and narrative goals; Test and debug quest events to ensure they function correctly and provide a smooth player experience; Provide feedback and suggestions to improve quest design and implementation processes.
Requirements: RequirementsWhat We Expect From You: Proficiency in Unreal Engine 5 and Blueprint scripting is a must; Strong understanding of quest design principles and best practices; Experience with level design and the ability to create visually appealing and functional game environments; Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment; Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail; Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; Passion for creating immersive and engaging game experiences.
Nice to Have: Previous experience in a similar role within the gaming industry; Knowledge of open-world game design and quest integration; Familiarity with other scripting languages and tools; A portfolio showcasing previous quest and level design work; AA or AAA experience is huge a Plus.
