Responsibilites: Lead and coordinate the activities of Sales Consultants within the assigned region, ensuring alignment with overall commercial strategies and performance goals.Analyze and present detailed sales performance diagnostics—including dealership metrics, regional results, and operational KPIs—to the Sales Director, supporting data-driven decision-making.Develop and prepare strategic materials and action plans in collaboration with Sales Consultants to drive sales growth and regional market development.Monitor and report monthly on regional sales performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Foster strong partnerships with the regional dealer network by co-leading sales and marketing initiatives that enhance brand presence and boost commercial performance. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Marketing; MBA is a strong plusFluent in English (mandatory).Proven experience in commercial and sales roles, preferably in regional or field operations.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.Willingness and availability for frequent travel across regions. Location: Hybrid work in the Morumbi region, 5 days on-site and 1 day of home office.
