- Structure the best variety, volume and price to ensure its greater granularity by SKU and per store;
- Structure the construction of the purchase forecast at item level, based on growth strategies and identification of opportunities to ensure the ideal portfolio per store;
- Program the monthly promotional calendar based on bets and scenario analysis, with the aim of overcoming the budget in profitability;
- Analyze scenarios and simulations that guide decision making, with the objective of ensuring the overcoming of brand strategies.
