The ideal scenario to expand ideas through the right tools, contributing to our success in a collaborative environment.We are looking for SAP MM/VIM Consultant who wants to learn and transform his career.In this role you will: (responsibilities):Provide application support for SAP MM, with focus on invoice processing and VIM-related topics.Handle incidents, service requests, and minor changes related to MM and VIM within SLA.Support Vendor Invoice Management workflows, including troubleshooting and process clarification.Assist in root cause analysis for recurring issues related to invoice posting and approvals.Support testing activities for changes, fixes, and enhancements related to MM/VIM.Maintain and update functional documentation and knowledge base articles.Collaborate with FI, VIM, Basis, and Security teams in a global AMS setup.Actively participate in knowledge transfer and learning activities to grow VIM expertise.Mandatory SkillsEnglish IntermediateBasic to intermediate knowledge of SAP MM (Procurement & Logistics processes).
Hands-on exposure or functional understanding of OpenText VIM (Vendor Invoice Management).
Understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.Experience handling tickets in an AMS or support environment.Basic knowledge of invoice processing, approvals, and integrations with FI.Good communication skills and willingness to learn.Ability to work in English-speaking global environments (basic to intermediate).
Desirable SkillsPractical experience supporting VIM incident or service requests.Knowledge of SAP FI integration points (invoice posting, account determination).
Exposure to workflow monitoring and basic configuration in VIM.Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow or similar).
Understanding of audit and compliance concepts related to invoice processing.Interest in growing into a VIM functional specialist role.What can you expect from us?
