** Your Role**: Start your day reviewing trends, achievements, challenges + opportunities.
Coach your team so everyone is empowered to meet their daily objectives.
Give your team members opportunities to extend transparency about customer requirements for our operation by leading the strategy and initiatives towards process improvements and customer satisfaction.
Support the teams when challenges arise + create action plans with clear deliverables + dates to ensure continual progress.
Consult with key stakeholders + engage with countries to facilitate collaboration with our team.
Review, operational performance plans and communicate with stakeholders our Operational and Customer Care locations needs and challenges for driving progress.
** Your Responsibilities**:
Your main goal is to ensure that all Operational Key Account Specialist and Managers are qualified to fulfill the overall operational responsibility for the assigned Key Accounts to maximize satisfaction for our customers.
- Manage the professional development of the Operational Key Account Management Team.
- Responsible for Team performance management and metrics internal.
- Support customer facing activities for Team (KPIs, QBRs, standardization efforts and best practice approach)
- Support the Team members individually and further develop collaboration within the team.
- Foster close coordination, consistency and collaboration with the Operational Key Account Specialist Team, Processes, Systems, Sales and other Functional and Business Units
- Develop and adjust the training plan to ensure that all Operational Key Account Managers are qualified to manage the assigned customer requirements.
- Ensure professional Onboarding or Offboarding of team members.
- Improve internal processes and create a sustainable organizational structure.
- Drive initiatives related to the overall program strategy and is responsible for communication on status and outcomes to internal stakeholders.
**Your Skills and Experiences**:

- Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, International Relations and related areas.
- Sea Logistics experience.
- Experience in People leadership.
- Advanced/Fluent Portuguese Skills.
- Advanced/Fluent English Skills.
- Advanced/Fluent Spanish Skills.
- Availability for travel.
