About the Role We're looking for a talented Senior Talent Acquisition & University Relations Partner to join Wildlife's Talent Acquisition team!
As a Senior TA & UR Partner , you'll be a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, driving efforts to find, attract, and hire exceptional talent for Product, Marketing, and other business-related teams .
Additionally, you will lead our University Recruiting efforts, managing the Internship Program end-to-end , ensuring we attract and develop top early-career talent.
You'll work closely with Hiring Managers and cross-functional partners to deliver a best-in-class candidate experience while helping build a team that shapes the future of Wildlife Studios.

What you'll do Full-Cycle Recruitment : Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Product, Marketing, and other business-related roles , including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
University Recruiting : Own and drive Wildlife's Internship Program , building relationships with universities, sourcing top early-career talent, and managing the program's full lifecycle.
Strategic Sourcing : Develop innovative sourcing strategies to build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for business-critical positions .
Partner with Hiring Managers : Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define job profiles, and align on recruitment strategies.
Candidate Experience : Deliver a positive and professional experience for every candidate, ensuring timely communication, transparency, and feedback.
Market Expertise : Stay current on recruiting trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
Data-Driven Approach : Track and analyze recruiting metrics to measure success and optimize recruitment strategies.
Diversity Hiring : Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives by developing strategies to attract talent from underrepresented groups.
What you'll need 5 or more years of experience in Recruiting , of which at least 2 are focused on hiring for Product, Marketing, or related business roles ; Experience managing or supporting University Recruiting and Internship Programs ; Proficiency with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent acquisition platforms; Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and peers ; Advanced English; Interest in Gaming is a plus.
