**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We are hiring a **Social Media Assistant** for our **Customer Experience** team in **São Paulo, Brazil**!
Our new team member will help us provide a best-in-class social media experience to all Gympass users.
The new role will guarantee an extremely satisfying customer service on our different channels (such as Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube, etc) and support the Social Media CX team in initiatives to create customer-centric strategies.
Our main goal is to engage Gympass users on a mission to make wellbeing universal.
**YOUR IMPACT**
- Manage the incoming social media comments within our channels to identify customers' needs and brand opportunities;
- Be aware of what people are saying about our brand and proactively find mentions and conversations outside our channels (social listening);
- Detect brands opportunities and possible crises on social media;
- Collect and report users' feedback on product and services to improve our company and features;
- Assist in building a cohesive social media strategy to ensure customer loyalty and growth;
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends to keep Gympass ahead of its competitors.
**WHO YOU ARE**
- Heavy user and great knowledge of social media;
- Graduated in Marketing, Publicidade, Jornalismo ou Relações Públicas; > pode estar terminando
- At least 1 year of previous experience in social media customer service;
- Amazing writing skills and perfect grammar;
- Basic/Intermediate English;
- Passionate about new trends in social media and digital marketing;
- Clever, witty and well-informed of what's going on in the world;
- Great team worker and eager to learn;
- Dedicated and committed to deadlines;
- Positive attitude, proactive and dynamic.
