**What You'll Do**:
This position offers an exciting and high-visibility opportunity to partner with our senior leadership team to crack the most important strategic problems, and influence the trajectory of DocuSign's international business.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the VP Sales Strategy & Operations, International and is designated Flex.
**Responsibility**
- Advise senior members of the sales organization on growing and optimizing their businesses by making data-driven, actionable recommendations that help them achieve their long-term strategic priorities
- Support annual planning through data-driven recommendations (e.g.
customer segmentation, headcount, financial and territory planning, quota setting)
- Track business drivers, trends and operating metrics and provide insights and recommendations to advise sales leadership on forecasting and day to day decisions
- Lead ad-hoc projects with regional or global impact (e.g.
GTM changes, process improvement, sales incentive design, forecast modeling, dashboard development for KPI monitoring)
- Establish strong working relationships with peers and cross functional teams to achieve objectives
- Support day-to-day operations including forecasting, pipeline analysis, and QBRs
**What You Bring**:
**Basic**
- 5+ years relevant experience translating data into insights, and influencing without authority in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, navigate challenging data sets, develop solutions, and craft high-quality executive presentations
**Preferred**
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Sales systems knowledge, preferably Salesforce, within the SaaS industry would be a plus
- Proficient with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Accurate and precise attention to detail
