**Primary goals**:
- Lead multiple projects simultaneously
- Provide periodic updates to the Sponsor and stakeholders
- Collaborate effectively with global teams
**Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to**:
- Ability to facilitate multiple projects in parallel, collaborate with internal and external partners to identify project scope, provide rough order of magnitude (ROM) estimates, lead collaboration sessions, proactively manage project risks and deliver as per plan and with high quality.
- Manage the day-to-day project activities, deliverables and resources of an monthly/major releases.
- Ensure alignment with overall program objectives, timelines and deliverables.
- Provide periodic updates to the Sponsor and stakeholders on planned vs actual spend, resource alignment, key milestones during the lifecycle, risk identification and mitigation.
- Implement or participate in any change control activities relative to their project.
- Knowledge of test planning and execution.
- Knowledge of project cutover and conversion planning and execution.
**Basic Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- Minimum of 8 years of IT experience
- Experience leading small/medium complexity projects or enhancements
- Comfortable gathering, interpreting, and presenting data to high-level management
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Process development and improvement experience
- Initiative with willingness to take ownership and accountability
- Advanced English oral and written skills
- Strong customer focus and sense of urgency.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce
- Proven leadership skills with small/medium complexity projects and ability to gain consensus from multiple levels of management as required.
- Proven ability to work with project sponsors, program managers and project leads from many different functional areas
- Focus on teamwork and ability to build consensus.
- Demonstrates commitment to IT Controls, methodologies, processes and standards for transition planning and support
- Ability to work effectively with multiple Business, IT and vendor partners and other management personnel including on a global & virtual basis
