**The Job**
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, the Advisor, Talent Acquisition is responsible for the acquisition and placement of top talent both internally and externally to support the growth of Warner Bros Discovery across LATAM.
The Advisor, Talent Acquisition is also responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of Warner Bros. Discovery's Early Careers programs across Brazil.
**The Daily - Major Activities**
Talent Acquisition (50%)
- In response to business needs, manage full-cycle recruitment (for experienced hires), which includes but is not limited to the following: (40%)
- Lead kick-off meeting to understand their business unit, department, and position needs, and develop recruitment strategies to source, attract and recruit to fill key positions.
- Develop an effective interview and sourcing strategy, with an eye toward internal and diverse talent.
- Write engaging job postings to better attract the target audience.
- Negotiate salary terms and process subsequent offer details.
Early Careers: (%50)
- Work closely with the International Early Careers team to hire interns across Brazil.
- Organizing and attending careers fairs, delivering presentations and workshops to potential applicants to promote our Early Careers schemes (e.g., educational institutions, charities & social enterprises), as well as attending key industry/functions-related events where relevant.
- Proactively support, educate and advocate for internal talent.
- Assist with implementation and delivery of diversity programs and initiatives in the region.
- Participate in special projects that support continuous business process improvement.
**The Essentials**
- Bachelor´s degree is required.
- A minimum of 2 years' recruitment experience ideally gained combining recruitment agency and in-house recruitment experience.
- Experience supporting a high volume of sourcing and recruitment
- Proficient English & Spanish skills
- Experience creating and managing search strategies, mapping markets, and gleaning industry insights.
- Competencies: Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills, autonomy, a strong sense of initiative, effective influencer, and curious learner about business and talent goals.
